I'm not really sure about this year. I live in the SF Bay Area. I've been to the one down in San Diego and their celebration was pretty huge compared to the one up here in the Bay Area.

well i really dont celebrate laos new year, because the laos people in seattle, there really not into it. and i've only celebrate it when i went to VA .... it was a blast there! so yeppers!
